I agree, I'm not angry with the jury, they can only go with the evidence before them. She has been found guilty of M1 which won't change. Does anyone know if the same judge will be sitting when this goes again in July, 2013. What's the June 20th date? How long will it take to get a new jury...

I agree, mixed with the many months of trial, the umpteen side bars between counsel etc. I'm not surprised everyone is exhausted.

I am just so upset by this. Could someone tell me how this works as a hung jury. Do they retrial the entire trial, or do they just go to the Penalty phase after picking a new jury? How can they pick an untainted jury?
