I haven't been to Dreamworld since I was a kid but I think it's supposed to look like that. It's got an abandoned mining town feel to that section of the park.

This is so sad. What a terrifying thing to have happen to her. :( This looks like extra info added to her Charley Project page: There has been no trace of Tonetta since that time, but there have been rumors that she was forced into prostitution and possibly taken to California.
