AFAIK it is normal for DCF to offer these classes to parents who have been investigated. Has nothing to do with anything they found wrong

With DCF investigating and with PAST history of drug use they would and do random drug tests and fully investigate living conditions and make sure there is no illegal activity going on in the home. This from a DCF worker than I know personally

As far as what I have been able to determine is that the van belonged to LC who lived near Ron and Misty but CC who lives near or in Crescent City had the van that week because her car was broken and at times Misty might have driven the van but it was not hers.
