I wonder if GZ's testimony in court this morning regarding showing prior remorse is going to gome back and haunt him? His statements were recorded and documented and if he never showed the remorse he claims he did his credibility is already out the window.

I think it shows he's willing to lie to save his butt or make himself look less culpable. He clearly knew TM was a "kid" (his own words in the 911 tape) along with the fact that he told the dispatcher he was in his late teens. I have a feeling we'll be hearing many more changed versions by GZ...

Even if the photo is Caylee it doesn't prove she can open the door by herself. It only proves she was reaching and trying to open the door. Most kids do this.

This is a battle of wits/knowledge/experience between the attorneys. I doubt that Baez believes any of what was in his opening statement, but he promised Casey a fair trial, and he'll do whatever it takes to create reasonable doubt in an effort to get all charges dismissed. I'm not sure how...

Casey fed Baez all these lies about sexual abuse and Caylee accidentally drowning in the pool and Baez is playing off of that. When will he realize he's also been dooped by ICA's lying ways?

I would be happy with a guilty verdict either way, DP or LWP. Even if she gets the DP she's going to sit on death row for years and years before she's actually put to death.

That is a good point. Or perhaps Caylee's father was someone who just didn't want anything else to do with Casey. It could have been a one night stand. Or this person could be someone who never wanted children, or at least, not with Casey.
