Exactly, why make it so difficult. It seems insane. To me, anyway. So the person she moved to seat 1 is the jury foreman, just like she did last trial. How convenient.

I used to be so pro prosecution and LE but the amount of outright shadiness and lying I have seen over far too many cases has completely changed my mind.
