A huge thank you to @MrJ and @MsMarple, and others in days past, for the time consuming effort you made to connect goofs like me, on the east coast of the U.S, to this trial. I really appreciate it.
A huge thank you to @drsleuth for relaying these updates!! It's really the only way I can follow from here in the States, and I really appreciate it. Thanks!!
I think if he had written something like that we would have caught wind of it in some of these court filings. The defense fought to have BK's "Securing a Crime Scene" paper excluded from evidence and they would have done the same for anything he had written for Ramsland's class if was to be...

SG thinks BK grabbed a shirt and wrapped it around the...
He was asked why, early on in the case, he had said Kaylee's wounds were different. His response in this interview was that Kaylee had been hit/punched by BK. He also intimated other stuff happened, but he didn't want to say more due to the gag order.
That was new information to me.
I'm guessing that because it takes time to separate intermixed DNA (according to these docs, separating DNA is a different process that is pretty complex), they settled on the single source male DNA found in the trash dump, which was determined to be from BK's dad. That match (comparing BK DNA...
According to Murder Sheet, defense attorney Baldwin started the cross examination of BW by asking something along the line of "Isn't it true that you were out of town a week before the murders?". Prosecution objected on grounds that the question was outside of scope of his direct testimony...
Also, BW talked to law enforcement the night the girls went missing, according to today's Murder Sheet podcast.
