    I’m sure the family is struggling with how they could have missed and not noticed something was off while the twins were planning something so extreme. They probably feel like they can never trust their instincts again about anything. So devastating. Prayers to them all.

    That’s a good question. Heck, all of us have a copy of that ridiculous Franks Motion, and links are everywhere online. Maybe they need/want a kinda certified copy of it from the court? I don’t know. It’s a big nothing in my opinion. Artificially created drama I think.

    I saw all this. Doesn’t seem like big deal. The appellate lawyers didn’t get it. The State appellate lawyers didn’t get it. They all will get the documents. Sounds like an oversight that will be corrected.

    The Murder Sheet podcast had a very thorough look at Brashers, and it appears that he was in jail at the time of DD’s disappearance. Soooo, return your seats to the upright position, the journey continues.

    I will say that after reading about Brashers’ other murders, they don’t seem to match up well with this case. In most of his other murders he broke into houses or apartments and committed the murders there. Of course the Yogurt Shop murders were not like that, so maybe DD’s was different too...

    I tend to agree with this, but that doesn’t mean he should have gotten to bond out. Plenty of spouse killers are denied bond simply because of the seriousness or brutality of the crime. And because of the deviousness displayed. All apply here I think. BM should not have been released in my opinion.

    For me, the fact that the Adelsons changed those boys’ last names so quickly after the murder, says pretty much all I need to know about the kind of people the Adelsons are. So cold. Arctic cold hearts. Who in the world would do that? Who in the world would even think of doing that.
