Good thoughts, but I just disagree that by paying once, then declaring no more unless they go through the reward protocol puts me on the hook to pay at anytime in the future. I ignore any and all ransom requests.
I set up the reward. They will play by my rules.
I don’t see how that endangers...
I get what you’re saying.
In my opinion, if SG bluntly and definitively lays down the rules for tips and possible monetary rewards, any ransom nonsense will stop.
She lets the bad guys know, money will only be paid as a reward from information received through the reward mechanism she set up...
Although I think the latest ransom note is an opportunist, if I was SG I would pay it.
If I had put up a sizable award like she did, I could put out half a bitcoin…just in case.
That also puts the ball in the ransom guy’s court. Put up or shut up.
After that, either NG is found or all these...
There has already been a generous reward offered and instructions on reporting information and collecting that reward.
There is absolutely no reason for any legitimate person to communicate through another ransom note to TMZ.
This was either another jerk trying to cash in or somebody cruelly...
The judge should have erred on the side of caution and stuck the juror.
That being said, in my opinion, the Appeals court ruled the juror biased by simple association. They presented no reason or evidence why the juror was in fact biased. I think that’s way too simplistic in a case with...
The claim that the moon landings were faked makes me so angry.
I have a very good friend who brought up her belief in that crap while a bunch of us were heading to the beach many years ago. I thought she was just joking but I’m fairly certain she was not. She is a well educated intelligent...
State’s response pages 41 and 42:
“Allen placed himself on the trail passing the
girls and on the High Bridge platform at the time Blair saw a man there, and those
witnesses identified Bridge Guy as the man they encountered—that creates a
reasonable basis to believe Allen was Bridge Guy.”...
I agree with what everybody here has said.
This response is SOLID!
It towers above anything RA’s trial clowns or apologists have ever said. Turns out RA’s appeals attorneys are into fantasy as well.
It is shocking how many points are made in this response that deal directly with how pathetic the...
Obsidian is a volcanic glass. It breaks into into sharp edges like glass. So I’m thinking he chose a hike where there would be ready made weapons along the way and at his disposal.
Concerning the judge ruling the vial evidence inadmissible, I really don’t understand that. Yes, him stealing...
Twas the timeline that killed the beast, in my opinion.
Ballistics and confessions were add-ons.
RA put himself on the bridge. No one could take him off.
