I wish that were true, but I'm afraid it has said that since before she went missing. It's just her due date really, not his DOB, and they had already picked out a name for him.
Apparently, they had decided to name him Richard, after his (alleged?) father.
She might have been misled before the cruise about the sleeping arrangements. They might have made her think it would be all the females in one room, males in the other. Or whatever arrangements she was good with.
