I don't understand the reason for the tape delay. I thought the "no cameras" related to the media hype and possibly tainting unsequestered jurors, tape delay is usually for blocking inappropriate content. Maybe JSS had issues with the graphic testimony and photos more that the hype?

I have been under the impression that there is no re-trial of the actual case that led to guilty verdict, in fact I thought that the original players would be called in to read their previous testimony, i.e. Juan would read a question, witness would read the answer. If this is the case Jodi...

That's exactly why I said earlier if he is aquitted we will probably see his name again and a gun will be involved. IMO And I don't think it will be because someone used a gun on George. IMO

I don't think it's at all appropriate or ethical to interfere in any way with jury deliberations because of possible public opinion. If they vote guilty or not, it should be because of the evidence, not because there might be a riot. I'm sure the court can hold off reading a verdict if so...

But if this jury is sequestered and the alternates were dismissed, are they still sequestered? Then it could be like the SP deliberations. But if she let these alternates go free then I don't think they could come back. So they're stilll sequestered??

Well if that's the case they probably shouldn't follow them with a gun either. I just think having everyone report to NW who is visiting their home is not realistic.
