THat is regarding the downstairs neighbor I assume?

They weren't sitting awake, when KS and CP returned to the apparment that night KS had began banging on the neighbors windows threatening them, that is when TS called the cops and came out to try to difuse the situation, KS swung at him and kicked at him from what i heard and CP stepped in between.

People are saying she stomped or banged on the floor because CP confirmed this, and it was stated that the neighbor called the cops because of it.

Idk what kind of atty he is. Ts takes care of lawn maintenance I believe and general repair work.

TS was not at or with the downstairs neighbors when she came home, he came out because he heard Kortne threatening them, banging on their windows and causing ruckus from what I have heard anyway.

TS has spoken to police on numerous occassions even without attorney. Per his attorneys advice he was told not to speak to anyone else outside of the police.

The newspapers have also given false information and misleading information int his case from the start. SO whats not to say the newspaper didn't do the same here. If not then I completely understand where ya'll are coming from because that wouldn't make sense why he would say that when he was...

I apologize - I just read further and realized it was reported in another column what kind of machine it was.

I don't think this was the stolen machine, nothing in their post stated that this was the kind of machine that was stolen, and I beleive they were just pointing out the kind of machine they were talking about. I never seen any news reports or details taht stated what kind of machine it was.

He couldn't have been charged with providing alcohol to underage party guests because he himself was underage, according to what I read, KOrtne was the only one of age.

I have heard of more, but don't know if they were in the press and again only heard. Through facebook prayer page or kortne and fb posts by other etc.

I am not liking this. .... Prayers go out for Kortne's family and for the lady that was found earlier today and her family.

Maybe he was dropped off at Kortne's car and is the one who returned it?
