Interesting discussion by Terry Lenamon in Palm Beach Post and on his blog re execution of women and women sentenced to death - goes into why doesn't happen often, etc and Teresa Smith in Va, etc.
Very interesting list - who had weapon, who else involved, etc...

You can go here and click on the "Aggravating Factors by State" and the "Mitigating Factors by State", and compare what DA has to show for death penalty and what defense team has to show to stop death penalty.

I'm typing while keeping one eye on Jane VM Issues so maybe I've missed it ...
but here's my question:
who paid (paying) the taxes on all this cash that came in? If it was received in 2008, then tax returns filed in April 2009 should reflect that cash, right?
In all the testimony...
Two things.
Ex-Casey atty Terry Lenamon's post really does have some good stuff in it - links to info re right to counsel and how thats grown over the years to cover all sorts of indigent cases...

What was normal for Caylee...
I was watching Three Men and a Baby - and there is a scene where the Tom Selleck character comes running out of the apt bldg, just as the drug dealer is about to put the baby in the trunk of the car and then drive off.
Made me wonder if KC had seen that...
Getting back to the possible items that may have been left with Caylee by KC, and not yet revealed to the public by the authorities ...
I do remember that KC's friends were interviewed about the tradition of burying beloved pets in that same area. Does anyone recall anyone talking about KC...
Terry Lenamon has posted on his blog today that he is going to be on Jane Velez Mitchell's show to talk about this motion - he gives details too:
