    This article answers one of my questions actually. I wondered how, with such a lengthy record, he could possibly pass a background check to get a job like this. I now see that it was through HopeSource. They help people get back on their feet. He had a chance to change his life and missed it IMO.

    I know! At this point the distinctive thing about the POI is the gait and behavior. They mentioned it and the husband did as well early on. That gait might be the thing to crack this case.

    I just don't get a burglar walking around so nonchalantly. I'd make a terrible criminal because I would be hauling a$$ and scared of getting caught. Maybe this person didn't know that the church was going to be used so early in the morning on a weekday and thought that s/he had tons of time.

    What if this was totally random? What if the POI was just milling around inside waiting for an accomplice to show up to help steal stuff? What if MB did indeed just walk in on a robbery? Maybe it's so random that it appears that she was targeted? Hmmm.

    So much about the perp's gait reminds me of the David Messerschmitt case in Washington DC. On camera the gait of the POI was "off" based on their dress. It was a female in ill-fitting shoes.

    IMO This could very well end up being a case such as Morgan Harrington's where her remains were accidentally found. Unless JM confesses or tells where she can be found, there are just so many places that a missing person can be in the Cville and surrounding area. So sad for her family.
