Isn't that something? Dead-bang guilty murderers think they are entitled to have the District Attorney's office which convicted them thrown off the case.
The relatives of the Menendez brothers who have been demanding their release are not representing the victims, they are representing the...
For what the Menendez brothers did to their mother alone, they should stay in prison for life.
They could have sought an opportunity to catch their father alone and kill him , so why did they have to kill Kitty? They had to kill her in order to inherit all of the family money.
Their was no...
I watched the 20/20 show again tonight. I took notes this time.
At one hour in, the aptly named Rena Crumb appeared to declare a cop told her he did it. Crumb had told her story in 2015 to a blogger. Crumb named the cop. and said he was "having an affair" with JB. The cop sued the blogger who...
It's been common ever since fingerprint and DNA data bases came into being for perpetrators found by print and DNA hits to have good jobs and live as normal citizens.
Has anybody ever seen a 20/20 show in which there was as much pro-defense screen time? Especially one with DNA evidence?

From the internet Kessler is a novelist and short story writer. He hinted an intention to write a "To Kill a Mockingbird" story...
O.J. Simpson's attorney, Robert Shapiro, gave Simpson a polygraph test just after the murders and before he was arrested. Simpson failed every question concerning the murders.

The statute of limitation, plus the concurrent sentences, is why it is in his self-interest to confess. JVS apparently took a polygraph regarding the confession.
IMO not a place you would find "Ambulance Chasers." It would be nice to know who they were.
Regarding "Wrongful Arrest," one victim was sexually assaulted with DNA left behind which belonged to McCraney. And the bodies were found within walking distance of his home.
My understanding of the report by one of the TV stations covering the trial was the two lawyers after seeing McCraney's testimony knew he would be convicted. They weren't on the defense team. They were hoping to file a civil suit if McCraney had been acquitted.
One wonders who paid the two...
