Obviously his lawyer skipped the day on plea deals... I find this whole thing really disturbing... That there are truly dangerous SOs who know what they are doing is wrong getting slaps on the wrists or probation and this innocent who probably didn't realize he was doing anything wrong who...

Where are the ACLU and the disability special interest groups when someone seriously needs them like this poor guy? Isn't there some largely funded public group that could provide him with more than a public defender to help him with his appeal?

I agree. I'm glad that Nancy took the tough approach with JB. It was her passion that was sparked when JB called Nevaeh a liar that really set the whole thing off I think. For JB to sit there talking about her deceased child like that was unreal. I don't have children, but I don't even let...

Maybe JB should see if George A. is available for being a spokesperson. As much as I hate to say it, it would be a massive improvement. :rolleyes:

I know I'm missing this from another thread, but bio-dad was 17 when Nevaeh was born. How old is JB now?

I wonder if these are the same surgical gloves that the fisherman and his father that discovered the body reported to find burned at the scene?
