One mile west of BRS was (and is) a fire department station, from which an ambulance and fire truck were dispatched after police arrived at the scene. This is one of many clues that suggest the call was made by someone listening to police broadcasts, and not the killer.
Assuming "dangeroue" is a clue, and not a "mistake," and that there may be only 17 letters in the "anagram," (the circled dot symbol at the end of the previous line of 17 characters may be a "period" at the end of the message) then the angaram may be as follows:
