Even I felt defensive of Kate after reading that article. Jeezo, she was asked to walk, wasn't paid and it was for a worthwhile charity.

Kate had her time in the spotlight and she managed to alienate everyone with the way she treated her husband, her children and her employees. Nothing is ever good enough for her or up to her standards. It would be utterly miserable to have to deal with her and I feel for her kids. If she treats people that badly on camera can you imagine how much worse it is when the cameras weren't there?

By now, any company should know that Kate is not the kind of person you would want associated with their company. Remember the cruise that was cancelled after only 12 people signed up for the "privilege" of going on a cruise ship with Kate.

I doubt that Kate was simply appearing out of good will. She is a notorious fame seeker. You can bet that no matter what she does, SHE is the one that she is doing it for. It's never about anyone else, it's always about HER.

She may not have been paid to walk but she no doubt got some comps or freebies along with the publicity and limelight that she wants so badly. She wants the attention and misses being in the public eye.

As for the pics of Maddy's legs. I saw nothing wrong with that pic but the fact that she got backlash over it just goes to show how much she is disliked. She has so thoroughly turned everyone against her with her shrewish berating ways so that people don;t even want to see her face or hear her name.

It's sad that it is this way but she is 100% responsible for the way the public perceives her.

I just feel bad for the kids. She no doubt makes their life a misery with her controlling ways and the fact that nothing is ever good enough for her.

What I want to know is, who in their right mind would give her another reality show??? Who is going to watch that?? They didn't have ratings towards the end of the last one, why would another one be any different??

Looks like the new reality show may be similar to previous shows Wife Swap and Trading Spouses.

Kate Gosselin has once again proven she’s not exactly the mother of the year, according to author Robert Hoffman, who famously wrote a controversial ‘anti-Kate’ e-book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World.

Hoffman claims Kate “left her eight children alone with Kendra Wilkinson, who formed a company to market her own sex tape, as well as a strange camera crew and a college-age babysitter (Ashley), for a week while she went off with her own personal babysitter to film an episode of a new reality show tentatively called ‘Mom Swap.’”

I'm actually a fan of both Wife Swap and Trading Spouses (they are no longer in production but they run repeats). However, in those shows, the children remain in their home with their father. If what we read here is true, Kate removed her children from their home (their safe place) and dumped them with a stranger - without the comfort of having their father or another close relative there.

This is beyond irresponsible, imo. I feel so bad for those kids.
