According to the court docket MP has a hearing this morning at 8:30. I have not found any mention of it on MSM as of now.

Case is in Allen Co.

He was in court this morning. What was postponed is setting the trial date.

Accused child killer's trial setting postponed

Trial start date expected to be set on Feb. 27

Michael Plumadore, 39, made his second court appearance Wednesday morning. A trial date was expected to be scheduled during that hearing but both the defense and prosecution agreed to postpone the setting to February 27.

Plumadore trial decision is delayed

In Allen Superior Court on Wednesday morning, a decision on when to set trial for Michael Len Plumadore was postponed until Feb. 27. In addition, defense attorneys filed a motion asking a judge to appoint experts in the case.
