FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Michael Plumadore, the man accused of killing and dismembering 9-year-old Aliahna Lemmon days before Christmas last year, is expected back in court Monday morning.

The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. It is not known if the Allen County Prosecutor's Office will seek the death penalty in the case.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Michael Plumadore, the man accused of killing and dismembering 9-year-old Aliahna Lemmon days before Christmas last year, appeared in an Allen County courtroom Monday morning to have his trial date set.

A judge set aside the dates of June 18 to 22 for the trial.

A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for April 16 at 10 am.

Plumadore trial set in Aliahna's death

A trial date has been set for the man accused of killing Aliahna Lemmon in December.

A judge Monday scheduled a five-day trial starting June 18.

Plumadore appeared before Allen County Superior Court Judge John Surbeck on Monday for a brief hearing, at which point the trial date was confirmed.
