I guess Juan can't put in evidence trial clips, but that quick moment during JM's recross of JA when he's going in for the kill re her filling 3 gas cans in SLC and she turns quickly to the jury and emphatically and calmly says, "I had 2 gas cans in Salt Lake City" and then quickly turns back to JM...would be a fab one to replay in rebuttal.

JW is pathetic. She storms up to the sidebar in a huff, like a child being denied candy at mealtime.. I am so unimpressed with her, and slightly more impressed with "chin to chest" Nurmi...Both of them are poor excuses for a defense team.. Now they are so desperate they are throwing anything against the wall and hope one sticks..I think the jury is going to hold it against the DT for prolonging this trial.. Now the only thing worth watching is Juan...He is adamant about fighting to the end for Travis...Thank you, Juan! RIP Travis. Justice will prevail, and your killer will soon get what she deserves, Murder 1..

:truce:I was participating on the FB/Juan Martinez site for a few months. I had mentioned that with JA's big hands, square chin, implants, she really looked like a transsexual. Nothing snarky there folks, back in the day, my best shopping and ladie's night bar hopping buddy was a drag queen, looked like a 10, dressed like a 10, all that and a bag of chips, well, and a few extra "bits". After court started, I just couldn't figure out what was "off" about JA's appearance, just weird......then one day I was listening to Aerosmith..."Dude looks like a Lady...". I've really noticed Jodi morphing into a strange creature the longer she's on trial. I don't know if it's the evil in her soul that shines through and changes her physical appearance, or if it's the trial and the evil things her DT is throwing out there in order to tarnish Travis and excuse Jodi's slaughter of him. I've noticed it in other evil killers--especially Ted Bundy--someone here has a wonderful collage of Ted Bundy & Casey Anthony & their similar facial expressions that look inhuman. Evil shows on these people.

One of the first juror questions to Jodi was why she didn't call 911.

Jodi or ALV or both (I can't remember) testified that the reason she did not call 911 was because of a previous incident with Bobby J.? an ex at least anyways.

How can she conjunct that prior incident to Jun4 if she has PTSD and memory lapses?

99.9999% of the population would call 911, correct?

The DT knows this is not working, so, they are digging deeper in the barrel for what? To have another expert testify she in fact is BPD and everyone can agree and she gets LWOP??

KC never testified and obviously six weeks was not enough because the jury just did not get it right. Their defense witnesses were not on the stand for 8 or 9 days each. That is part of the difference. Defense started asking Jodi about her past almost before she was born. Not really but it certainly felt that way. ALV had to give us days and days of her cases, experiences, etc. to make it appear she was so much more than she actually is. We had to go through all the different variations of test results that Dr. Samuels managed to mess up only to learn, from himself, that maybe he should have retested her when she changed her story. The State went through their case pretty fast. Defense has had this tied up for weeks. It would be far more expensive for the State to have to do it over again because the Judge denied a defense witness because she felt the defense was taking too long to present their case. It's the law and the judge has to abide by it whether the public likes it or not.

The prosecution in KC's trial were not allowed to bring in a lot of evidence. I will never forget the outline of the babys body in the trunk, wasnt allowed. So many things may have brought a different verdict. Some autopsy findings were not brought in either, which went hand in hand with neglect. They have more allowed in this case. IMO.

Exactly! Keynote Speaker does not = Keynote Breakout Speaker. It's a much bigger deal. People will attend a seminar or lecture to hear just the keynote speaker, it's like a guest speaker. They had them in my field conferences too. Alyce was just part of a panel afterwards, much smaller audience, and she was on the same level as everyone else on her panel.

Why Jodi Arias Will Be Convicted

Jodi has years to prepare for her trial and in this time has been able to talk with other inmates and get their ideas on what would and what would not work in court.
The juror’s have listened to her being extremely combative in her testifying days.
These jurors take notes and keep track of her lies which are easily verified when they are in deliberation.
The defense team has droned on and on about Jodi this and that to the point the jury is getting irritated more every day with their dribble and judging by their questions to the defense witnesses the jurors are not believing the lies that have been portrayed.
There is over whelming evidence as to premeditation coupled with the fact Jodi admitted she lied about version one that she wasn’t there at all.
Version two was the ninja’s did it.
Version three was it was self defense which is once again just her story with absolutely no proof that it happened the way she said it did.
It seems extremely unlikely that this fog rolled in at a crucial time so she could completely forget anything to do with the stabbing.
She seemed like the fog cleared enough for her to take the time after slaughtering Travis to attempt cleaning and altering the crime scene.
The gun she used was loaded then it wasn’t loaded then it was in a holster then not in a holster.
The gas cans were borrowed and bought to save money on gas then they were used because she didn’t want to take the chance of running out of gas in the desert.
One gas can that was purchased then supposedly returned but no record of the return.
Even though there are dozens of gas stations on the route to Mesa.
Her cell phone went dead only when she was in Arizona then the lost charger was found after crossing out of the Arizona boarder.
Travis was supposedly masturbating to a picture of a young boy on his computer screen then it was a paper picture that mysteriously was caught by a gust of wind that made it flutter off his bed and land at her feet.
Travis was shot by a 25 caliber handgun just like the one that just happened to get stolen from Jodi’s grandfather’s house.
If Travis was shot with Jodi in the bathroom but facing the hallway to the bedroom and she shot as Travis was lunging at her how come the shell casing would eject to her right but was found in a puddle of blood o her left side?
Jodi just happens to have a finger that was broken according to her by Travis kicking it and yet this is the same finger that was injured from peeling apples, cut on a Margareta glass then cut by one of the ninja’s that killed Travis.
Jodi was able to drive well when in this fog with a license plate upside down but when reaching close to the Hoover dam the fog mysteriously lifted.
Jodi within hrs of brutally murdering Travis was on Ryan Burns kissing and groping as if it was just another nice day.
There is so much more but I can’t fill up ten pages here.
Jodi’s whole case is based on lies even though we all no she quit lying when she swore to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth right.
Who the H cares who the defense team brings in now, the jury has already made up there minds and whatever Juan says in closing will put any hint of doubt to bed.
The juror’s know this was not a crime of passion or self defense but a brutal cold blooded murder and they are tired of the BS.
Even if the court allows a second degree murder charge to be presented to the jury it does not mean the jury has to even consider it when they render their verdict.
The jurors have heard so many lies that it would be pretty hard for anyone to believe any of her stories as credible.
We all know she’s guilty and so does the jury.

Like I posted earlier...the walmart cashier could not have given her any monies in return without a receipt being signed by JA and the cashier or the cashier would come out short on her register at end of shift..period..IT'S HOW IT'S DONE...ALL stores that you return an item to for cash back or credit back MUST BE VALIDATED with signature on the original receipt or that cashier WILL come out SHORT on his/her register! That is grounds for dismissal as it will seem as they are stealing from the company/store.

Absolutely. That gas can would also have to go back into store inventory. There is no record of it ever being returned and that is what I am certain the witness will testify to.

As for Tesoro, I would expect that witness to give testimony on the consecutive purchases JA made in SLC and that it was, without a doubt, gasoline only.

She shouldn't have said she has testified for 1 or 2 men in criminal trials when the truth is she has never testified for any. And she should have been respectful to Mr. Martinez----he was just doing his job. She showed him no respect whatsoever and that didn't make HIM look bad-----it made HER look bad. I won't even go into what I think of her approaching Travis's sister after the things she said about her deceased brother who can not defend himself against accusations.

She's also received no treatment for her alleged PTSD. What's up with that?

I still never understood why she refilled the gas cans in SLC, she was out of Arizona. Why not just gas up the tank? Was it to explain the gas cans when she got home???
