IIRC...Willmont did meet with Dr. D......something was brought up in trial about the bill that was sent to Willmont from Dr. D regarding their interview.....

Wouldn't defense admitting that the prosecution's witness is right about Jodi having BPD lead the jury to believe the prosecution was right about everything and that Jodi did, in fact, plan to kill Travis????

No you're among the like minded here!!! Rich isn't it? She's had Dr. D's written report for years and had the opportunity of deposing her. I remember JW speaking of it with her during cross.
The DT experts on the other hand, produced no reports and ALV was even sent back to re-interview JA after Dr D had submitted her report to the DT.
Since the DT is presenting an affirmative defense- DV, Fog , Self defense, PMS and whatever, it's their job to prove those facts. Why on earth would it be the States job to present Jodis personality disorders by name as fact in their CIC when just the forensic evidence alone speaks to her sick and disordered mind? I have been thinking all along the gunshot to the head was the last assault. Looking at the crime scene photos,Jodie dragged him into the shower laying on his right side. The bullet entered on his right side with a downward trajectory right to left right? Did she move the body after she shot him? I have been trying to figure this out for awhile now. Help!!

JMO.. think she shot him outside the shower as his dying body made death rattle sounds, spent shell casing bounced and landed in pool of blood...then she dragged his lifeless body in to the shower and turned the water on.

:welcome6: I think she dragged him into the shower after slitting his throat and shot him there to either hasten his death or establish a ninja story involving 2 assailants. I think she left him where he was after the fact and proceeded to take a shower straddling him. :facepalm:

In a previous case, the trial court said Geffner was a hired gun, and also sanctioned him. The trial court's decision was upheld on appeal.

Not only will JM is going to have a field day with that, it's obvious the DT is not only desperate but is wasting time in the hopes that more jurors will be gone. That is the only hope the DT has for a mistrial.

If the DT were serious about this new path it wants to take, discrediting Dr. Demarte, it would have hired an expert who had no knowledge of the existence of ALV.

Arizona taxpayers must be furious with the knowledge of how their hard earned money is being wasted by this DT.
