Steven Powell, the father-in-law to missing Susan Cox Powell, was arrested Thursday night, according to West Valley City Police.
In a statement from the West Valley City Police Department, Pierce County Sheriff's Office says Steven Powell was arrested based on evidence seized in a recent search warrant conducted by the Sheriff's Office with the support of West Valley Police.
