the chamber 'meeting' has to do with defense objecting question #62 due to 'attorney privilege'

I wondered if #62 was something like: "Were you given a domestic violence handbook to study in jail?" :floorlaugh:

She was definitely talking to herself at 27-29 mins into live feed. Rehearsing how she would project one of the answers was obvious.

She does not look happy IMO

Am I correct in understanding that nearly 40 questions were eliminated as they were asking other witnesses questions.

Leaving approximately 110 (some are compound questions)

So there will be approximately 70

If I were on this jury & one of my questions was not asked, I know I'd be pissed! I would feel like my need to understand a certain event that happened didn't matter.

I think that was because the question involved attorney/client privilege. Not sure the State can be in there with them?????

I agree - she is a woman and should be dressed like an attractive woman, albeit conservatively. I think making her look wretched just makes her look a little more crazy, a little more out of touch with most people's reality and probably capable of bizarre behaviour.

She looks like poor Andrea Yates which is not a good thing.
