She has cameras hidden everywhere.

I still can't get over her answer about why she didn't call LE when she pulled over in the desert that night, and amongst the barrage of words came out of her mouth was, "I was embarrassed." Wow. Minimize much?

The questions about mormon "laws" are concerning to me because the thought processes of these people seem to be fixated on their religious beliefs, not common sense. If they're mystified as to why she's not following mormon "law" I really think they're missing something. If they place so much importance on her not following their "laws" then will they be judging TA negatively because he was violating them as well?

Did we hear testimony from one of Travis' friends that he was going or going to go to his Bishop about Jodi? Or is that just info we have here at WS?

If the jury heard that, I feel they view him as an "innocent" lured by the temptress to sin. Then this same woman airs all his dirty laundry and adds in some nonsense for good measure all in the name of a not guilty verdict for murdering him.

I really feel the jury will be sympathetic towards Travis, not judge him.

Does anyone think some of the jurors are reading here?

Some of those questions are eerily similar to posts on here.

Ya know…part of me thinks that jurors should be allowed to "edify" (couldn't resist, LOL) themselves with all information possible on a case so they can make an informed decision. The problem rises should they come across extremely biased material and don't bother to look for "fair and balanced" (to borrow a phrase from Fox News) sources for information.:twocents:

On the other hand, it may be a person who is showing her up as a hypocrite, especially since she presents herself as so saintly and self-sacrificing. And victimised. It puts a question to her motives for becoming Mormon. In other words, it can show her as self-serving.

She really seems to be enjoying this. Almost like she thinks she is some kind of celebrity being interviewed. :waitasec:

I deleted my post that may or may not be seen as incriminating to WS...I suggest everybody do the same (others who have made certain totally innocent remarks about coincidences)

I don't think they like the phone sex being recorded without TA's knowledge...
The really big fight where Travis calls her a sociopath and a betrayer and says no one has ever hurt him so much before came after the phone sex recording. I'm thinking he found out that she did this in secret and that was the last straw for him.

She thinks if she can just get in a room with him she can fix this (batterers do this all the time). So she shows up uninvited, but at the end of the day Travis is still mad at her. She says she is leaving but comes back in for more secret pictures of him in the shower. I almost get the feeling he was sitting in the shower so he could bang his head against the back. Probably he was really more pissed than she'd ever seen him before, but I don't buy she was afraid for her life.

I maintain when the plan to get him back failed and she saw how much more she angered him, she switched to plan B in the Stalker's Guide To the Universe - kill the object of your obsession and then yourself so you can be together forever. But the killing was gruesome and Jodi is a coward.

Still makes for premeditation.

I had to drive my son to a friends house, so I missed just a bit of live stream, but i read some comments here a few pages back that have me sitting here giggling to myself.

Was one of the juror questions really "how do you define 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 ?"
For realzzz ??
Or was that a joke made here while they were having tech problems ?
Someone actually asked that in court (and what was her answer, if you please ?)

BTW ...
Yo, Jodi.
While waiting to go back and pick-up my son ... I'm sitting at STARBUCKS (no, not having a strawberry frap)
But it sure is lovely sitting here in a comfy over-stuffed chair in front of the fireplace enjoying my freshly brewed expresso.
Big fat snowflakes right outside the large picture windows too. Beautiful.

You enjoy returning to your dank jail cell this evening JA.
I hope the highlights of how terriblly stupid you sounded today just keeps repeating over and over in your head tonight.
Have you got a clue yet JA ??
This jury thinks you're a pathological liar an murderer.

i don't hear j.a. answering the jurors questions in a way that offers any clarification - she is sticking to her script - EXCEPT where she has added new information that makes her look even worse because they are just more uncorroborated details - these are obvious lies that would only serve to benefit her.

Wow. What questions! A few were concerning, but most seem to suggest the jurors are on the same page with us. "What does the word '🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬' mean to you?"
Does anyone have a mirror?

I don't have the exact words but did you hear Jodi saying that she was deleting photos of Travis in the shower when he was making the wrong expressions? How does a person have wrong expressions?

I hope Juan bring this in for rebuttal. I don't remember the camera expert talking about any other photo's deleted except for the ones before he's killed (and we have those) the staged nudes (we have those) and after he's dead (we have those) so where are all of those deleted photos she speaks of. The camera was clearly deleted after she killed travis.

Oh yeah. You and Travis had "a meeting of the minds, so to speak." NOT. You wish.
