I'm nearsighted (ie, I am a little nearsighted and need to wear glasses to drive). I don't need glasses to see my pooter screen, or to read books. But driving is a SOB.

In 2010 she was in jail, but acknowledges that she had to get real close to a sign to read it. Well, that's a bad case of nearsightedness, and is quite dangerous.

For her not to know she had a problem in 2007 or 2008 makes no sense to me. And for those who drive in the dark (and are nearsighted), it's dang near impossible.

I don't believe her excuse of trying on someone's glasses and going "viola" - I need glasses.

But this is just my experience, as I've had to wear glasses for the last 12 years!

Same here. DH and I have separate emails and/or passwords for websites that we frequent. We have always respected each other's privacy.

You can trace IP address assignment to date/time specificity.

It is another matter entirely to identify the owner of the "John Doe" account, especially years later.

And it is, in my opinion, impossible to prove conclusively who was logged into and using that account at that precise moment in time.

Still, if I were LE I would want to know the IP address assignment and as much information regarding the account's activity and ownership as possible. That information could be used to confront/question someone in order to elicit information leading to the email's author.

Whomever wrote the email, as far as we know, is charged with no crime pursuant to the act of composing and transmitting it.

Now tire slashing is a horse of a different color.

If there was probable cause, they could have subpoenaed Google to get the IP address and registration information about the owner of the account, including all log in information. I do not believe they would have probable cause to subpoena that information though.

As a Mormon I can tell you that Jodi knew the Law of Chastity VERY WELL before she was baptized. There was question about Jodi living with Darryl so the Bishop took it to the Stake President before allowing her to be Baptized. I can gauranty that it was explained to Jodi in detail and she affirmed that she understood it very well. Also, Jodi informed Darryl that they were through 4 days after meeting Travis, Long before she ever met the Missionaries. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES!!!!

I am thinking there is at least one Mormon on the jury that is asking these questions. And Jodi just hung herself royally !!!!
