Laws of Attraction: The negative vibe of Jodi Arias being made into a postive vibe by the microphone not allowing us to hear her lies.

SO now we have to wait for a tech to arrive.

Is there no tech in the courthouse?
Sigh...

  • #323
The recess gives Jodi time to think up some lies and think them up quick.

I agree.

The queries from the jury should be rapid fire sniper-like questions....asked in succession.... with no time to lie. Er, I mean 'think'.
It almost defeats its purpose when given 'time' to explain.
*sigh*

I think our system needs a make-over one of these centuries.

Uhhh I'm gonna go Superbowl-2013-power-outage-conspiracy on this and blame the San Francisco 49ers... :dunno: hehehe

A little sabotucci with the wiring in the courtroom perhaps ?

I hope that she is not allowed to go on and on and on answering each question

We know that she will TRY to. So, let's hope that JM and the judge keeps her on track. She has a thing about expounding upon things that don't need to be expounded upon. She likes to hear herself talk and the longer she talks, the longer she is the center of attention.

I hope that she is not allowed to go on and on and on answering each question

I hope the jurors wrote their questions in this fashion:

YES OR NO. ______________

  • #328
I can't hear anything now but I could earlier when the Judge said the mics weren't working. :(

  • #329
The def team must be worried. They keep going back up to the judge's bench.

good sign!

Anyone have sound?

I hope that she is not allowed to go on and on and on answering each question

I agree Nurse, but wouldn't it be funny if she did and the judge had to tell her to stop rambling? JA would not be happy with the judge if she weren't allowed to tell her bs.:floorlaugh:

JM saves the day with his super logic :)

Thanks!

Do the alternates deliberate with the rest of them? If not, when do they go home?

I see I was redirected to the "view from the inside" thread for the answer to the jurors' ages.
Thanks but there are too many pages to rifle through.

The alternates do not deliberate, unless they are called in to replace someone, and would only start their deliberations then. They are released, but still not allowed to watch media or discuss the case because they may still be called.

Another sidebar? This ain't good for a migraine :(

  • #336
So many sidebars. I wonder if Nurmi is stalling to give her more time to think.

  • #337
I just took Vicodin for my for real migraine. I don't think it will soothe a Jodigraine.

Some of the jovial appearance of any attorney is a tactic to throw everyone off. to fake some confidence i got this...and they don't really, not by a long shot.
