Question: can we just sentence you right now or do we actually have to sit through the rest of the trial?

Her Attorney's have to be going NUTS

OBJECTION! She's not answering the question - and she's not using the diagram.

Run through the attack using the floorplan.

WOW. What a fantastic question. Methinks someone isn't buying her story. moo

Send this on to JM to use in closing. Great point.
So true. Jody has everyone focused on a dropped camera causing him to "snap". Don't think so...He gets into his shower thinking she is gone, on her way to who know where, but then you see in one of the last photos taken of him - his shock and surprise as he sees shes not gone at all, shes there on his bathroom floor taking pictures of him in his shower. If he snapped, he snapped because of this, and who wouldn't?

I wish she'd stop using her hands to talk...that finger is straight then crooked, then straight, etc.

Did he have a trampoline for a shower mat? How was this camera bouncing all over?

body slammed again huh? what happened to the linebacker attack ;)

Oh hell yes!!!!!! Oh...crap!
:nevermind:
I thought they were going to have her "run" through the attack :sigh:

Btw....she is "frantically" testifying :panic:

This jury is rockin it! I wonder if you can send a pizza anonymously to the courthouse for them?

Don't take this the wrong way because I'm not on Jodi's side or defending her but as far as the password thing goes I just wanted to say that my husband and I have pretty much always had each others passwords for everything. Then again my husband hates getting online and responding to messages, etc so he usually just has me do it for him. I don't think them having each others passwords really mean that much. Some people prefer privacy and some people are just more open.

It is astounding to me how well this woman lies under pressure ... as my father used to tell me ... "Believe half of what you see and nothing of what you hear"

This is such a lie and they know it. If he picked her up and slammed her to the ground, She would not have been running anywhere. HE would be alive and she would have been in traction.

Jodi's mother--that's the one I hope writes a book.
