Hard to describe the fear it took her 8 1/2 days on the stand to even admit she felt.

(Just for those not aware - abuse victims will diminish their abuser's actions A LOT. They'll not call law enforcement or tell friends and family...but they very rarely (as in never in my personal experience) totally discount the fear they have of their abuser.)
