The only question that worries me was the one about Travis possibly picking up the camera and it possibly being the reason he got angry and chased her.

Yes...but she tripped up on the response and said, "I considered that IDEA..." (then corrected herself) like she considered that as one of the stories she was going to tell. I hope the jury caught that.

I'm guessing the choking games were with someone else. I don't think Travis would go for that. He wasn't a violent man.

MOO

Maybe it is one of her lies sprinkled with the truth. Maybe she's into asphyxiation and asked Travis to choke her during sex, not as an act of violence.

Okay, now I get it, selective fogginess!!!!

I imagine she was deeply disappointed the day she learned that her newfound 'More Men faith' was actually spelled 'Morman'.

How is it she can remember all her sexual encounters but cannot remember stabbing Travis? Best question of the day!
Answer...she is a narcissist...the world revolves around her and her sexcapades. Murder here or there doesn't matter to her.

so disappointed that they did not ask about the magazine code from jail

The judge isn't done reading the jurors questions, it might come tomorrow.

But...did you see how Jodi was attempting to weave it into her story (more embellishment, IMO)...she had "entertained" the idea???

Her artwork is ( and has been up on E-Bay) check out username "artbyarias". current auctions and completed auction. Sickening.

I'm not going to look but I can guarantee that her artwork doesn't come close to being worthy to hang next to a Monet or Van Gogh (who basically pioneered their movements). Perhaps the final selling price of her art at what, a way overpriced $500, would be enough to indicate that it shouldn't be even on the same block as a $1,000,000+ (probably way plus) Monet and Van Gogh. Back in October Christies was auctioning off Monet's "Water Lillies" for a cool $30,000,000 - $50,000,000.

And Jodi's work was good enough to hang in the same establishment as their work. Not a chance.

I can't remember if I'm considered near or far sighted. I always get them confused & I've worn corrective lenses since I was 14.

My eyes are -2.50 in the R & -2.75 in the L. I'm blind as a bat if I don't have my contacts in.

- is near sighted,
+ is far sighted

O/T but I haven't looked at other news all day and there is a real life FILLIBUSTER going on right now!

Did y'all know that? LOL!! That's kind of a big deal...

But is is a high enough prescription to require that she wear glasses to get a drivers license in the State of California.

You have to take a vision test here in California when you get or renew your license. She said she didn't know she needed glasses. FWIW, my eyes are about the same as JA said hers are. It's not HORRIBLE, but I definitely can't read freeway signs until it's too late.

I agree, in that, the Mormon faith is frowned upon. I am one that believes in a higher power. What is wrong with that?

Sorry, I don't understand the question. Or maybe my response wasn't clear. I was saying that the psychopath personality can be found in all walks of life - no matter the religion, sex, education, etc.

She isn't too bright, is she? She just went on a full explanation that it wasn't her memory but she couldn't process the English language. They aren't asking what was said on June 4, they want to know what she did.

who says i can't process the english language? wth even the highest scholars in the land don't talk like this. her verbiage is fake. :moo:

Interesting insight. I own guns, always have. If I take a gun on a camping trip it is first to protect against wildlife like a snake. Secondly to protect against a criminal stranger who might see an opportunity to someone out in the woods. I have never taken a gun anywhere to protect myself from the people I was going with! JA indicated she wasn't "scared but cautious" of the men she was going camping with. Was she prepared to shoot another man in "self defense"?

sounded like reading glasses to me. i wear 2.75's. isn't vision talked about like 20/20 or 20/10 or whatever???

20/20 us right eye, left eye, so hers would be -25/+27.5 (not sure what she said) - the glasses aim to correct vision as close to 20/20 as possible.

It's low, though -probably on a par with low magnification reading glasses, but those are usually positive (+) numbers (nearsighted is minus - number).
Same idea, though.
