She was asked with whom she went panning for gold.

She could only come up with one first name, Calvin [probably Klein] - a dishwasher. She said there was another dishwasher and a couple of other guys.

Translation: just more BS!

I got so caught up with her only being able to come up with Calvin's name that I tuned out anything she might have said about the 9mm.

She could probably have found a more diverse and interesting group at any truckstop/

She didn't even know the dishwasher's last names. She worked with them before.

Also no other women were going as she pointed out.

What are the parameters for the lawyers' follow up tomorrow? Translate: How long do we get to hear Juan again and how long are we going to be subjected to Nurmi's prolonged irrelevant grunts again?

They get to go into anything that was covered in these questions, to the extent the answer has not already be provided. In theory, it should not take long -- in reality, Nurmi will probably put on a whole new direct examination.

They must have caught more lies and need more clarification.

I must say that I really like how the jury is allowed to do this, these are questions that we all had during the trial... Common sense non lawyer questions if you will. This should be law in every state for a trial by jury.
