Seems to me an experienced defense lawyer would revisit/address the issues he/she needs to as quickly and efficiently as possible. To drone on and on makes the defense look disorganized and desperate not to mention SCARED S***LESS of passing the defendant to the prosecution.

I posted this as the last thread was closing, I'm bringing it over

(I was watching "What would you ask Jodi Arias?" on HLN yesterday and Monica (I think) called in and said she would ask her, "If you knew he was interested in children sexually and was completely sickened by this as you say, why would you perpetuate his fantasies by wearing childrens underwear and dress up like a school girl?" Joey Jackson about fell off his chair and was so impressed with this question. We can only hope a juror asks this or something similar. Isn't that the best question ever?)


I was soooo hoping this question or a variation of it would be asked by the jurors. Does anyone know if they can ask more questions after KN and JM are done? Forgive me if this has been asked and answered already.

I know nothing about the Mormon religion but if a Mormon is on the jury they will hate her because she threw them under the bus while killing Travis....and after. He was one of their own. She was a phoney and still is.

take her to task. I'm appalled that any legitimate "expert" would lend any credibility to a murderer. Not just because it's reprehensible in itself but because it could seriously impact REAL battered women.

This is a high profile trial. People will remember an expert had no problem testifying for this faker and thus use it to impugn future testimony by actually battered women and their advocates/experts.

Can't see that being a very good career move at this point. :waitasec:
