Has anyone from Arizona Mesa ever seen somewhere that has a brochure that says anything about pedophilia on it. I would like to know where she got one from that she says she gave to Travis so he could get help.
Do they have these pamphlets in doctors offices or drug stores.
where would she find one of these--I have never seen one anywhere and I'm quite old.
I would like anyone to post if they have seen one or is this just more bs from our favorite liar.
I wish the procecution would ask her just where she got this pamphlet from.
I think that would end all this pedo stuff once and for all if there was no such thing or where she supposedly got one from.

Today is the first day this week that I will be home to watch the testimony! I hope its an even better day than yesterday. These questions should be very interesting. I watched the news broadcast on KPHO from yesterdays testimony (edited clips) and it makes her look SO BAD! Hahhaha!

I got my first cell phone in the 90's. Samsung, flipped open. It lived 15 years until my Verizon made me upgrade. Next a new one and again, they wanted me to get with the times. Finally a Blackberry I loved so much. Now a Smartphone.

I must say, all 4 phones are 12" from me right in my little cubby thing. If I fall over or disappear, they can be analyzed and you'll see 10,586 photos of my dogs. And one of my thigh. My smartphone.. i take one photo in the parking lot of Costco by accident, my leg. I stand up, drop it, it cracks a bit, and can't take anymore.. So that's all that's on that one

And to think I was so frantic to get my photo deleted that I took in the Costco parking lot, because it showed I was wearing a Skort... OK it was 105 degrees! I showed some leg! It was just unflattering.. And now its stuck in my phone. I am going to upgrade and get rid of this Droid simply due to the photo of my thigh I can't get out. And she had sex and nudity on hers?

Also I haven't been following this case and I thought the "questions from the jury" was a joke. I had no idea this goes on in trials. How does it work?

Odd, isn't it, that when Juan Martinez got to the day of the murder, and started going over the details, she couldn't sob hard enough; same thing during direct when Nurmi was questioning her about the details of the crime: blubber city. Now, as she's having this little coffee chat with the jurors, she's talking about the slaughter as though she's describing how to put together just the perfect ensemble for a PPL meeting.

When I heard Jodi say HOLSTER for the first time I went back and listened to her original testimony about the day of the murder.....and she said nothing about the gun being in a holster.

Then all of a sudden she's talking about a holster but she didn't say that she took the gun out of a holster on the day of the murder; she said that the gun had been in a holster "at some point". I think she was referring to the first time she saw it when she was cleaning Travis' closet.

Not that I believe that Travis owned a gun or that she saw a gun in the closet.

So there's the caveat- "at some point." What a clever little viper, she is.

I'd like a juror to ask her where the ammo is then. Unless it's plausible that he had a gun with just six bullets in that closet. Sure. Six bullets. Six bullets, six doughnuts. Seems reasonable. :notgood:

It seems the DT is using this fabricated pedo story to say the the abuse/intimidation increased after this event. Is this due to JA knowing TA's secret? If so, wouldn't she be the one with more control and power considering she did not live with the man and could report his relationship with this child or the many photos TA supposedly kept at any time? How does her knowing this about TA increase her abuse by him if she never shared a living space with him? Even if you believe the pedo story it still doesn't add up to abuse and/or murder.

May 10, 2008?....one of the jury questions was "did you record other phone sex calls?" to which she answered "yes".....when did she record them? when did she get the phone from Gus? I am confused also.....help please

Um .... ya ... didn't she testify her other phone didn't have the capability of recording? She is definitely painting herself into a corner and getting caught in some of her lies ... will be interesting to hear how she wiggles out of these ... can't wait for Juan to trap her in these lies yet agani .... what a despicable excuse for a human being .... is there anything she "hasn't" said to defame poor Travis, even though she claims she didn't want to "edify" him in those ways. all of the answers are attempts at convincing and making all of her stories (even when she has given multiple answers) all fit together. It is a desperate attempt to convince imhoo. Too many details. Too many words... and not answering the actual questions directly.

She didn't seem to be phased by the implications of some of the questions.

I have personally never seen this degree of crazy. While CA could lie like a rug, she didn't seem delusional. I think she realized she was evil but didn't care. This chick? Well, she seems to believe the BS she spins and spews. The medical field should examine her brain.

Telling to me yesterday, with regard to your thoughts, is the way Ms. Arias looked before she had to take the stand. She was way ugly, even looked angry during all those darned side bars. I don't think it was lost on her or her lawyers that those questions, which they got to see between 9 and 10 a.m. were not leading to the jury believing her bs. I didn't hear very many questions that led me to think the jury bought her lies. But she loves the attention, once she got to the stand the performance began.
