My question to the WSers.

Are any of you who have been feeling a lack of confidence in a conviction in this trial, feeling better after these last two days?

I actually was more confident before the Jury questions but that may be because I'm not analyzing the question, I'm analyzing the meaning behind the question, contrived solely by me. Some of the questions make me feel like they are actually believing her (though many make me realize that some think she is lying).

I now worry about a hung jury.

Judge Stephens is allowing many questions from this jury that she would never allow from the prosecutor.

And so far, it is most informative -- in a prevaricatory sense, that is.

she claims never to have used "professional help" but then uses the word "ideation" in reference to suicide - she got that from professionals or books. Hope the jury asks if she has read about DV in books etc.

After her grandmother opened these so called letters she didn't contact the jail? Or they weren't intercepted before getting to grandma? She didn't want to mention suicide in the tv show because there was a guard there but she sent out these letters from the jail?

And a lot of abusive personalities also threaten suicide as a means of emotional blackmail too.

Suicide among narcissistic psychopaths is very, very rare though.

I think they are trying to get her to admit that "professionals" have helped her to "understand" that she was abused. (ie. that this BS self defense defense is being assisted by experts who have "helped" JA to see herself as Travis's victim.)
