My question to the WSers.

Are any of you who have been feeling a lack of confidence in a conviction in this trial, feeling better after these last two days?

Still not enough for a full nights sleep but I am less rolly. Sleep will come after the verdicts. haha

So you are in the desert and have lots of blood on you and you think to yourself "oh crap, something bad has happened". Oh crap.....really?

One of the more effed up things she'sever said.

She looks briefly at Travis' family. Appears that way anyway....I'd give her the death stare if I were them.

Did they ask what happened to the car mats yet?

She says in direct that the car was rented without mats. She has an answer for everything, only problem is none of it seems to be supported by any evidence other than her say so. Blah

One question asked what happened to the box the gun was in -- was that a trick question? lol

BBM. My husband was a lawyer and he liked to make up words just to see if he could get other people to start using them. He would have loved this one.

I wish I had known him.

Bless you, my friend!

I feel myself tearing up when I think about how thorough & intelligent these jurors are. Even though there isn't a verdict yet, these questions are truly showing where their thoughts are. After Casey Anthony (& I'm well aware of the differences in the 2 cases), so many of us were, pardon the expression, gun shy, but this jury is just incredible. They aren't just doing their job, they are doing it exquisitely & it just overwhelms me!! I'm proud of them; it can't be easy to listen to JA's dribble & lies yet they seemingly don't tune out and keep plowing ahead towards justice for Travis!!!

It still astounds me how cool she is on the stand, even answering these questions questioning all of her self-defense testimony.

Is she just staring at the jury?? .... Creepy ...

  • #1,033
I think she is aware that the camera is staring at her

Ordinarily, I use rotted manure and compost in my garden. This year, I'm just going to shred a transcript of Jodi Arias' testimony and sprinkle it into the dirt.

Why does she lick her lips/mouth? YUCK.

I am certain she sliced his neck with a straight razor.
That's what I've always thought, too. She puts so much focus on his shaving, the shaving picture. "Shaving the old fashioned way" means with cup and brush & straight edge, imo.

OMG - she's staring at the jury looking a for a glimmer ...

Is she looking worried
During sidebar?

she should be.

none of those questions were about Travis and his alleged issues... they were all about her and her stories and allegations.

Her answer to why she didn't call 911 if she didn't think he was dead proves how evil and selfish she is. She didn't want to call because she didn't want to get in trouble. Even if Travis was laying there injured and unable to call for help himself, she didn't care.

That's basically what her answer meant.

That's it!
I am announcing my candidacy for Congress.
My first piece of legislation: The Do-Over Law, otherwise known as Caylee and Travis' Law.
It will temporarily suspend the Double Jeopardy clause, allowing Casey Anthony to be re-tried for the murder of her daughter Caylee, but ONLY if Juan Martinez is the prosecutor, and all the members of the Jodi Arias jury are seated in the jury box.

OH! OH! OH! Please work on enacting a law that gives law enforcement two "freebies" when investigating child murders/disappearances. Freebies can be things like illegal search and seizures, interviewing people without their attorney even when they ask for one, and ect..... Too many criminals are never prosecuted for these crimes. Many thanks! ;)
