Please explain about a straight razor. I haven't heard that mentioned. tia

In her interrogation, she said that Travis liked to shave the old fashioned way, with a strop, brush, etc. But now she seemed very quick to deny that he ever had a straight razor. I;m thinking she probably used it on him during the slaughter.

My question to the WSers.

Are any of you who have been feeling a lack of confidence in a conviction in this trial, feeling better after these last two days?

Anyone who doesn't at this time is likely the type that would be worried about an appeal the moment "guilty" comes out of the clerk's mouth so IMO, there's no point to try to convince them anymore.

Well, you are a NORMAL person with normal HUMAN emotions! That's why you react like that and she doesn't. This is nothing more than a well rehearsed story for her. There's no emotion or physical reaction because it never happened!!!

We could debate the normal part ;-). Clearly she did not kill him in self defense. But that fact that she shows NO EMOTION when talking about killing him for whatever reason is very telling.

It still astounds me how cool she is on the stand, even answering these questions questioning all of her self-defense testimony.

I have never seen anything like this murdering woman and i hope i never do
again. up until now her facile lies have been pretty much been believed and she has been able to get through life that way. why wouldn't she think it will work this time? She is amazing in the way she so smoothly answers questions, without batting an eyelash.
