JA has not cried or been upset during this whole ordeal except when she was being cross examined by Juan Martinez. Even when she was recrossed by Nurmi she did not get upset and she didn't get upset at any time while answering the jury's questions. It is time to get her off the stand and let the jurors do their jobs so everyone can get back to normal. jmo

Ok please don't ban me or edify or DE-edify me... but I saw some of her stuff on e-bay and its really not that bad.... I'm a graphic artist and to be honest for a split and I mean tiny second I was like HMMMM what a shame she seems to be able to draw... then I was quickly reminded of what she did:furious:

I am, too, and I respectfully disagree. Her stuff looks juvenile to me. Like a 7th grade art project. No offense meant to 7th graders.

I'm not a JVM fan - but I honestly wondered the same thing myself: WHY Jurors would have 200+ questions after hearing both the Prosecution and Defense sides of the case ---If I was on the Jury; I'd have my mind made up at this point. MOO

IMO, speaking as someone that served on a 1st deg murder trial, the pressure of knowing that someone's life is in your hands is very real. It looks like a slam dunk from us out here, but when you are there and the one that has to decide...it really changes.

I believe that the questions were, for the most part (not all), a way of alleviating any doubt of what they heard and hoping to give her just one last chance to come clean. They can look back and say, I tried. I really tried.

Knowing that they can proceed w/a heavy decision. :moo:

I really hope this judge takes some control and puts a time limit on Nurmi, lets Juan get his stab, and wraps this part of the trial up today! Wishful thinking perhaps.
