It would not surprise me if the Jail Letterhead was cut off the top of these suicide letters. :banghead:

Oh mercy! Her All Access Pass is transferable!

I agree 100%... and I also wonder if the Jury knew they were opening this can or worms when they submitted juror questions. The juror question and answer portion should have stood alone and then go on to the rest of Defense witnesses without this garbage in-garbage out repeat. I bet they didn't know this REPEAT was going to happen with Nurmi and Jodi going on for days and days again. :banghead:

Although it's a good thing IF you consider knowing Juan Martinez gets his shot at her again too. :yesss:

I wonder if that is going to make them think twice about submitting questions later on in the trial? I know I'd surely not want to submit any after this.

get your own gas cans

So NOW it was normal for her to take gas cans on trips.

She really just said that Travis' "all access pass" would carry over to someone else

Jodi is totally classless and crude.

She never had cheating x-boyfriends. They already LEFT HER (aside from DB to go after TA) or the relationship never happened. She has to be the one in control, they can't leave her.

Yessirree, Jimmynap - I think that is the main reason she killed him so cruelly. HE dumped HER. How dare he? Nobody breaks up with Jodi. Nobody.

So, not only does she kill him three times, all in especially awful ways: shot in the face; over twenty stab wounds; and slashed his throat to the point of decapitation. But no -o-o-o-o-o, that isn't enuff -- she has to totally tear down the legacies he has left his church and his career by saying that he was a sexual pervert in the things he liked to do & say to her, but also to say he was a pedophile -- the worst of the worst.

She may be the worst we've encountered....

I kinda feel like the goal is just so.many.words, who can remember what was said? Like to create jury fatigue and hope for the best, dull the emotional rush or something.

  • #1,131
Did she just write down "harsh words" as the only negative about Travis?

  • #1,132
I gather from reading back a few posts, I have missed nothing but the SOS.

what desert did she live in? is she talking about AZ? and if so...is she not aware of the State that she is in now and where this jury is from?

  • #1,134
and knew it and so kept them friendly so they could be of use to her-that's all. Those are the only "friends" she ever had. With Travis, he was her ultimate, good life goal. No way was HE going to end it with her especially since his knowledge of her made it impossible for her to snag a substitute.

She never had cheating x-boyfriends. They already LEFT HER (aside from DB to go after TA) or the relationship never happened. She has to be the one in control, they can't simply leave her.

How is there ANY way to PROVE that Arias didn't write those new journal entries last night or last week? there is NO way to prove is there when she wrote those entries and why is the Judge allowing Nurmi to basically do his Direct all over again? I thought this was FOLLOW UP to the Juror questions? Why isn't this being objected to by the Pro's? This Judge has lost all control of this court room and I hope this doesn't affect the jurors opinions. Makes me worried....UGH.

Is she saying every time she took a trip in the desert she borrowed DB's gas cans??

ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check
for a pulse?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you
began the autopsy?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive,
nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and
practising law.

Now we know where this attorney is practicing law he’s in the court room right now questioning Jodi Arias

I don't know w3hat's wrong with me, I feel so hot and so angry, I feel like crying. I think I need to step away, I can't stand this, they are trying to make this murder of Travis be all about JA's sex l;ife! I HATE her.

I think the Judge does NOT want a re-do under any circumstances... just a guess per her apparent lenience with the DT.

that's no reason to let big boy go over the same thing over and over and over again. the jury clearly got it the first time. he can cover it again in closing but he shouldn't be doing it with an obviously irritated jury sitting there. it's just not necessary at all.
