I have been wanting to ask this. Who has ever recorded a phone sex conversation with their significant other? I don't understand why anybody would do this. :waitasec:

I do not think TA was aware that she was recording their conversation. The only reason I can think of to save them was for blackmail. Since she is such good friends with all of her ex's who would do anything for her, I can't help but think she made a habit out of being sure she had something on each of them. I think it is her threats to expose something about each one of them that keeps them loyal to her.

How is there ANY way to PROVE that Arias didn't write those new journal entries last night or last week? there is NO way to prove is there when she wrote those entries and why is the Judge allowing Nurmi to basically do his Direct all over again? I thought this was FOLLOW UP to the Juror questions? Why isn't this being objected to by the Pro's? This Judge has lost all control of this court room and I hope this doesn't affect the jurors opinions. Makes me worried....UGH.
