And *so* traumatized that she hotfooted it out of Travis' bloodsoaked murder house, leaving him nearly beheaded in the shower to rot and sped to SLC to hop into the bed of one of Travis' friends, with Travis' dried semen from the anal sex still in her private area and on her back, within mere hours for a makeout and grinding sesh. This is the worst trial I have ever sat thru..I cant stand anyone but the prosecutor and the jury. Boy they better come through or I will go nuts. I cant even have a drink because of a pill I take. The Mods should give us ONE opportunity each to call her anything we want. We could do it in the parking lot. After so many hours (for reading) they could delete the whole thing. Holy chit the gas cans again!!! I'm trying to get well, thinking of eating a hot dog!~~~~maybe not.:floorlaugh: really I dont feel like cooking for myself. :floorlaugh:

The defense just gave the jury a great clear motive for JA's planned out murder. Travis had received a sign from God that MH was to be his wife. She planned this from that moment and she took the life out of him days before he was to go on a lovely trip with his future wife.

A bishop can not testify? Hmmm, I thought they could in a Murder 1 trial.

Varies by state, I think, and also as to the relevance of the clergy-defendant communications. Maybe if JA confessed to a Bishop that she planned Travis' murder that Bishop could be compelled to testify; not even sure of that, but certainly no Bishop would step up to the stand to report any of the irrelevant self-serving carp she's tossed out.

IMO, she never met with one anyway, so find it a moot point.

If Travis had sent jodi text messages in May (I don't know the dates) telling her she was psychotic and to leave him alone etc etc...then why would he care where she was going on her road trip in June? I say read his text messages, then go to her trip and there is no way travis was asking her to come by and see him or actually have any contact with her.
Does anyone know if the text messages were before or after the so-called sex recording she did ?
