I was surprised at the time Jodi bought the gas can in salinas. Didn't she leave Darryl's house around 10 or so. Even though she wouldn't commit to a time. She had a pedicure but what about the rest if the day? Walmart was at 3 or 4 pm.

Many mental health disorders share some symptoms. This is true for Reactive Attachment Disorder and ASPD. Unless it is known that Jodi was grossly neglected/needs not met/ never bonded with her mom or dad/or was allowed to suffer from a painful physical condition as an infant, it shouldn't be assumed that Jodi's behavior is from RAD. IMO, she's just a psychopath and has always been one.

Great point. Your extreme attachment disorder individuals and psychopaths often share the very same attributes, as well as many other comorbid issues. It is often hard to meaningfully sort them out. However, this case highlights these issues for me because of the similarities in kids and families that I work with.

Ted had major charisma, and I think Jodi is really lacking in that department. It seemed like the only people that liked JA were men that she slept with or men that wanted to sleep with her. It seems like most women had her number.

Any type of education after high school requires at least a little hard work. Jodi has never worked hard except to scam others.

Beth was on with Nancy for a stretch. Beth looked really sharp today with her tourquoise colored outfit and jewlery. One of Nancy's guests brought up the cold sore being stress induced and Nancy said you should feel stress when you stab someone 29 X

In going down this road, you'd need to prove who was there and what they did or didn't sell her at that time.

What if Tesoro's hours or policies changed once or twice in four + years? E.g., their store hours now were not necessarily their store hours then.

This goes to premeditation and misleading the court. JA is a proven, admitted liar who planned and executed this murder and has, by her own admission, lied about it, herself, and Travis ever since.

She's modified her explanation of seminal events (pun intended) three times and still won't tell the truth about anything.

Even if jurors are predisposed to find reasons to acquit her, they're coming up empty at this point.
