And right now nurmi's got his investigator going to that gas station to see what he can throw together that comes to $19.65!!!!!!!!!

According to google maps it doesn't exist at that address anymore. Another convenient thing for the lies. I guess it pays to change your story so late in the game. Nothing can be found to refute what you're saying.

MOO

The Tesoro charges on her WAMU statement all had the same numerical code on them. Not sure about the first sets of numbers, but the last two numbers were identical and I think they were "36". This could be type of purchase or could also be store number.

Tesoro 62097 Q39 Salt Lake Cty UT
Tesoro 62097 Q39 Salt Lake Cty UT
Tesoro 62097 Q39 Salt Lake Cty UT

Those are codes, I have just sent it off to my MC friend to ask. It might stand for 3 Gas Purchases or is that the station... we'll see!

Mark Geragos just on Anderson Cooper talking about how DV experts will neatly weave the memory gap story together for the murderer. Expecting jury to buy it.

Keeping in mind he knows we're aware how successful he was keeping Scott Peterson off death row. :)

PLUS what are the odds that 19.65 : 3.859 = 5 gallons!? and it wasn't spent on gas!?? When we KNOW she bought a 5 gallon gas can at walmart.

Exactly!!!

I just listened to Travis sing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow". It broke my heart.
I feel a sense of peace now. Which is good, because my blood pressure has been spiking to new highs watching and listening to this evil woman.

I will always come back to his music. She is "nothing" to me, and doesn't even deserve my anger. She doesn't deserve one thread of my emotions. I will try to remember that.

do you have a link?

From our thread here:

Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - *graphic and adult content* Jodi Arias Trial media/ timeline thread **no discussion**

N: How did those injuries occur?
A: I believe it was my index fingers and I was putting away margarita glasses at work
M: Objection, lack of foundation
J: Sustained
N: When were you putting away these margarita glasses?
A: I believe, if I remember correctly it was June 1st, that's what the date stamp says
M: And where were you working?
A: Casa Ramos
N: And how did you injure yourself putting away margarita glasses at Casa Ramos?
A: I was just moving to fast and I was being, I was a little bit clumsy, not intentionally, but I just, um, there's a metal shelf beneath the bar and that's where they all sit and cool off because after they come out of the dishwasher, they're really hot and um, so they have to cool off before we can put margaritas in them, or they'll crack. So I was rotating the cool ones from the back out and putting the hot ones in the back and as I was reaching with my hand, I hit some of the metal and I think it peeled back some of the skin and it was a wound.
N: Did you photograph those injuries
---------------------------

I had to refresh my memory about that finger cut.

But I thought there was another time when she was asked about that cut and said that JA had told someone it happened at Margaritaville (which didn't exist) and she then JA said no, that the cut was from a Margarita glass and the person (Ryan Burns I think), was confused, it was from a margarita glass, not margaritaville.

But then I could just be totally wrong, I'm so confused by all her lies!

Since circumstantial evidence is evidence as it signifies I do think he did prove it.

When a reasonable person used common sense and the totality of the evidence... Juan's already proved it beyond a reasonable doubt. IMO

Good evening! :seeya:

On NG:

"Would you have ever told the truth had you not been arrested?" (paraphrased)

"I don't know....."

THAT should seal her fate.

:furious:

Well, she wasn't going to say, "No way in hell", which I'm sure is the truth...

I hope that you are right! Travis Alexander should not have been murdered. Arias is a real life monster - she has shown that she does not care that she stabbed Travis over two dozen times, slit his throat, and shot him in his head. Arias' criminal behavior, post crime behavior, and trial behavior has shown that Arias is incapable of caring about other people. Arias is such a scary human being - Arias' special brand of evil frightens me (when I'm in my home, for the safety and well being of the people I love). I hope that Arias' "Evil Breed" is rare.

Hollywood could not have scripted this better.

JM had his plan of attack well honed with Nurmi unwittingly ending right where JM planned to start. "If you have lied some much before, why should we believe you now?

JM picked up on the cues from jurors in their questions. He had things in his bag of tricks and waiting until now gave them much more impact with the jurors. If there is one or two jurors holding out, the rest are going to just say that not a single word coming out of the mouth of JA can be believed and they will break down any holdouts.

Jurors were skeptical on the gas can story. JM must have loved that one juror who asked about the workers comp papers. Sure he could have brought some stuff up before, but he had to balance the big picture against spending too much time on what might be seen as obscure details.

Jury is definitely paying attention and taking their role seriously, as they should. There is a man dead after being viciously slaughtered and another person's life hangs in the balance. I would not want to be sitting on a jury with those responsibilities.

So pedophelia and DV will go out the window.

The stalker will be exposed for who she is. That's why a juror was asking about her previous breakups.

Wonder what next week will bring?

Toast.

The best part of today was when she said "If I am convicted it will be because of my own actions!" 26:50 into the video. Nurmi quickly walks away and says No further questions. HLN's woman lawyer said "If I were him I'd be needing a change of underwear at the moment" - that's what you get when you have a defendant who thinks she is SO much smarter than everyone else..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QiyTqi9Wc2s

Sounds like she is making her final statement in the penalty phase, noose too tight?!!

  • #378
Welp I think the only way to end a day like this would be to toss up the stare Jodi went into when she got busted about those gas cans. I'm not sure I've seen Nurmi move as fast as he did today, shooting out of his seat, wailing "approach!". She could do nothing but this...

BUSTED.

Justice sure is sweet.
