Its not the size that matters, its how much they have conditioned their stomach to stretch. Some contestants drink lots of glasses of water to get the stretch. Eating 10lbs of cheesecake sounds very unhealthy to me. Unless she threw it up later, that is 20,000 cals, or enough food for approx. 8 days.
