.............and yet, a month or so later, he states that maybe he won't have to part with it after all...

This has always been huge to me - the way he was flip-flopping on selling that VX. One thing that Raven's ramblings have afforded us is the opportunity to see how attached he truly is to his possessions and how difficult it was for him to think about having to get rid of them. IMO, it's clear that he was indeed desperate to do whatever he could to keep his things. Maybe he hatched a plan during that month in between the two mood extremes.

Hi JG......but he did get rid of the VX. Remember we heard rumors that it had a for sale sign on it. It's not listed in the bankruptcy and now I want to know...to whom did he sell it or is it just a cover??

I hope that it was looked over by LE before it got sold or after for that matter.

Maybe the girls in Utah weren't impressed by the VX so he got bored with it.

In any case, back during the time of Janet's murder, Raven was in NO WAY interested in getting rid of that vehicle. Whatever happened between then and now is anyone's guess. But back then, I think that Raven was willing to do what he "had to" do to keep the things that he valued at that time. But just like he got bored of being married, he got bored of the VX. He probably has other possessions that have taken the place of the VX in terms of importance. JMO.

In the bankruptcy papers it states his bike, camping gear and all that gear is worth a mere $500.00. Well if we look at this below....it sure does show that he's really exaggerating.

Canyon Bicycles is in business - and I'm sure the owner cannot afford to give away everything. Now Canyon has it's own racing team - I think it was called petros and Raven is not a part of this Racing team, but even people on Racing Teams need to foot their own costs of their equipment.

Raven's bike, if he is still using the GT Ruckus I estimated new is between $1,300 - $3,000.00

Just the racing shoes themselves...take a look at these prices:

We all know that the rave would never buy the low-end equipment, or go straight to the sales racks like I do. My kids think you can't buy something unless it is on sale...lol

Raven would never buy low end things ever so these are just really low estimated costs.

I still believe that the picture we saw at Moab 2005 was the Rave and that bike he was using was the one I think that was the $3000. The shoes are the ones I believe I quoted above or something similar (remember those sures were on sale at the time)

I know others weren't sure if that was Raven or not, but I truly believe that was Raven. At the October Moab 2005 (Halloween Bash) was right after he had his face busted and he had lost some of the pudge he gained (he looked like a fat turd at the embezzlement hearing.) Plus that picture had two of his friends looking down on him, that's why I believe it was him.

Oh speaking of Moab. The pictures of 2005 are down and no longer there, but I do believe I have the pictures saved to my hard drive somewhere.

Seems Moab Halloween Bash 2006 has been cancelled. How sad.
