11 year old Arkansas girl hails Cab to Florida

An 11 year old girl in Arkansas managed to get 500 miles from home pretty easily. She hailed a cab and asked to go to Jacksonville Florida.
She had sneaked out of her home after grabbing $10,000.00 in cash from her grandmother. She hitched a ride to Little Rock (about 20 miles away) then hailed a cab and told the driver to take her to Jacksonville Florida.
She paid the driver $1,300.00 up-front with another $1,200.00 to be paid once they arrived at her destination.

This article has more information, the taxi driver said she was wearing so much make-up that she looked old enough (about 18).
