These people are upstanding citizens to the community of McCleary and it breaks my heart to see them treated like this. They have grew up and lived in McCleary all their lives. As for the the person of interest as they call him, does anyone remember what they were doing exactly 1 year ago. He is the most jollyest person and I am proud to call him a relative. Please before you start making comments just remember that these people have family and friends in this small town. And I will stand behind them 100%..

He certainly wasn't jolly yesterday.

I understand someone being upset about this happening but honestly every avenue needs to be crossed.. whether it be this family, my family or Joe Blows family... Lindsey deserves to be found and I don't think anyone should be immune to being looked at.

The three cases on WA Court Website that I looked at last night were dated 07/23/2009 and 08/21/2009, all were in Thurston County. So I am going to assume that's where he was living? Elma maybe?

Interesting thing is the voter record. Says he registered to vote in October 2008, last voted November 2009. Fir Street addy as place of residence (GHCO). Hmmnn ...

just exactly where was this guy living at the time? obviously he frequented that gas station.... (most likely walking with a dog and all which means he was walking around the same area Lindsey was **creepy** that night). What is MORE INTERESTING TO ME is that LE did not ask about him when they put that new video out on 25 June!!!! That is creepy to me! So did it take a viewer of the video to call in and say hey this guy in the video has a criminal background and than they go back and cross check their records/testimony? If that is the case WHY OH WHY hadn't they used an SOS pad on any and all known people in those videos to begin with?????? I simply do NOT GET IT!

ETA: I do not get it at all!!!!!
