I've only went outside and confronted a neighbor one time. For good reason too.

Two little boys (7-9 years old?)were at the Lake, and everyone knows that a Lake in Florida is a Lake with Alligators, and they were throwing rocks and poking an alligator with sticks. Their mother sat back and laughed! So I did go outside and I told the mother that the moment that Alligator gets mad enough, he's going to come up and attack one of your children and then you are going to have the nerve to cry and shout that you want the animal destroyed. I walked back in, called the front office, told them what was going on and let them deal with it.

My husband got chased by an alligator in Lakeland it scared him so much he turned white just telling me about it.

Earlier today it was posted about spike lee, al sharpton, jackson, walgreen looters, cracker t-shirt rapper, etc. and how they were doing no good. Those posters flooded with posts that those people did not speak/represent trayvon. In the same spirit, If these people do not represent Trayvon then why should anyone be concerned if SPD has finding that they do not like?

I know that sounds very snarky, and i do not mean to be that way to you. I was using the same logic that was used this morning that I thought was a bit off.

Those people who do want violence or criminal acts are not IMO the people that want Justice for Trayvon. There are always bad seeds. I see what you're saying, please don't think I'm trying to talk in a circle. The worry that something may happen is very real. To say that these are the people that represent Trayvon is very misleading.

Did you mention the police report that says he was treated at the scene of the shooting by the SFD “Rescue 38” and cleared for transport before that video was made, once they reached the station , with Zimmerman disarmed, and detained and in handcuffs, --—meaning, his previously observed wounds were cleaned and the bleeding stanched by SFD paramedics?
Why not?
Doesn’t that answer your question, “Where is the blood, if he was beaten and injured?”
How many times did Zimmerman have to let the taller, younger, stronger man, with a longer reach, punch him, before he was allowed to make him stop? Is there a reason that the US military recruits strong 17 year olds to train as killers?
Should Zimmerman have waited until his skull was fractured?

Once Zimmerman was cleared by the SFD, he was transported to the Sanford Police Department."

Also, I haven’t seen you yet report that the one eyewitness to the events before the gunshot said that Zimmerman was on the ground and Martin was on top of him “beating him up”.
That is the essence of the self-defense claim, and the reason why the State’s Attorney had him released without charges.
Why do you leave that part of the story out?
The same reason you continue to show five year old pictures of an innocent-looking and younger babyfaced Martin?
Why not show the 6&#8217;+ tall 160# muscled football player, with the tattoos and gold grills on his teeth, who&#8217;d been suspended from school three times this school year&#8212;<Mod Snip> How does a 17 year old high school boy afford colorful tattoos and gold teeth anyway? Selling jewelry like that that was seized from him when he got suspended from school for vandalism caught on surveillance camera?

You know, ABC-TV is not the only source of info about this tragedy&#8212;and that being the case, your bias is showing.

where are you getting this symptoms have to last more than a month? I know people that have PTSD and as far as I know there is no set time table for how long these need to last, in fact the sooner someone gets treatment the better.

PTSD is diagnosed after the symptoms are evident for one month. The D is for disorder, and it takes time to establish that a disorder is involved, rather than a reaction. Some people snap back and handle their stress reaction without the D becoming an issue.

What I am coming to believe, and no doubt this will be unpopular, is that the bar for a concealed carry permit in the great state of Florida (and likely other places too) is too low for my comfort. Just lacking a felony conviction isn't good enough for me. I understand that is all Florida requires, but I, personally, am not comforted by the idea that someone can be arrested (and not aquitted) for assault on an LEO, have a restraining order issued against them, have a history of road rage, and hitting women and still legally wander around the neighborhood with a gun stuffed in their drawers. If GZ had been limited to "apprehending" his victims with pepper spray Trayvon Martin would still be alive. Moo

I have to agree with you.. It is much easier to get a CC Permit here in Florida now than it used to be... Looks like the rules have been relaxed and NOT in a good way.. I can not help but wonder just how much GZ's Fathers position plays into the whole senerio (sp) .. When I first heard JUDGE all I could think of was ARUBA and here we go again..
