I mean that the expert considers 90% a match, but when the person demonstrating compared two recordings of the same person (Nixon), it only displayed an 86% match. I guess I'm not understanding how he expects to get over 90% when two very similar recordings were compared and only came out as 86%.

They are in a side structure attached to the clubhouse. If you come in the main entrance, go past the first cross street, they are on the right before the road curves around the pond.

That is not what I'm saying. Everyone is constructing a false dichotomy over these tests. It could potentially mean that the test itself cannot pick a voice to match (possibly because there are two?). If we had Martin's results, that would be one thing. However, it's dangerous to assume that just because Zimmerman's doesn't match it means that Martin's will.

MANY a "peaceful protest" turns violent. When they turn violent, they are called riots.

Is that like saying "many a peaceful black teen turns robber. And when they do, they are called c@@n"?

Why would a peaceful protest, the GREAT majority of which NEVER become violent, be used in the same manner as riot?

Why would a nice black teenager, the GREAT majority of which NEVER become criminal, be treated with the same suspicion as a burglar?

I most certainly do believe these comparisons are born of the same mindset. I fervently hope I will not be penalized for saying that. If people would stop and THINK about it, they would recognize the inherent bias in comments such as the one equating "protest BECOMES riot, therefore they should be considered the same".

Did we ever get an approximate distance the encounter took place from the clubhouse?
I do recall Mr Martin saying he was abt 70 yards from his front door.

So, we have Zimmerman who claims that he was leaving the complex to go to Target that night. He says that Trayvon is coming from the clubhouse area towards him. I can not tell from the audio of the call with the dispatcher if Zimmerman has his truck running or not. Trayvon passes him at some point and walks towards the area of the condos where he was shot and killed. Zimmerman's truck is sitting away from the clubhouse and the mailboxes (if the mailboxes are in the same area as the clubhouse) when he exits the truck and follows Trayvon on foot. Would this mean that Zimmerman turned his truck around and followed Trayvon while in the truck?

I believe most have agreed that Zimmerman would have been coming back from the North entrance, heading South. He apparently saw Martin at the clubhouse, and parked down past the clubhouse and watched him. Martin passed Zimmerman, and then the entire running/following thing apparently happened.

According to what I've listened to on the 911, He parked his truck and then got out.
