It was reported in MSM, many outlets that Toxicology testing was performed on TM.

It has not been reported by GZ, his supporters or by media that one was performed on GZ. If you have a link suggesting otherwise, I would dearly love to read it. Otherwise, I could ask the reverse. Do you know that it was? Has anyone suggested it was performed on GZ? TIA

I am really concerned about the suspensions from school. An evaluation is supposed to done to decide what action to follow. Suspension is for the safety of the school. Repeat offending is significant of some problem the child is having.
Trayvon is not the first and won't be the last suspended student who moves on to problems outside the school.
I really wish we knew what happened here.
I heard on the live HLN chat Ryan the guest said the GF heard the whole thing and she will be the key witness. Thats impossible, she would have alerted authorities.

So much for the roller coaster ride the media is taking us on.

BBM I call bullc*ap on that statement. I have worked in schools for over 25 years, as a teacher and an administrator, suspension is a punishment for actions, it is not "for the safety of the school". You are trying to make it look like since Trayvon was suspended from school he was a threat to the school and that is just morally WRONG! jmo, imo and all that jazz

Would they even perform a breathalyzer here? He wasn't driving a car. I don't know what the procedure to make someone take a breathalyzer is. Is there a law to be drunk and carry a gun?

Not that I know of - maybe. But it is a crime to SHOOT a gun if you're under the influence. Some type of reckless / negligent something or other.

I find it very strange that he wasn't tested either. He had just discharged a firearm - whether he had shot someone or not - what if he had just fired into a car or fired at random?

The gun was so much "overkill" - he could have missed TM or during the scuffle it got fired into one of the condos there and hit an innocent. I just don't get why he took that fully loaded gun with him when it was mere seconds before LE got there.

These may not be big or important questions in the overall scheme of things, but you've got a window that only contains 19 nimutes or so before they wisk GZ to the station. I'm simply trying to come to terms with how GZ showed up, looking neat as a pin, with this bloody mess of an "enhanced" head wound. A head wound that someone's story is not only that they got to stop bleeding but got him cleaned up in just a very few short minutes.

Looking at the screen shots I got from the video I downloaded from the City of Sanford site, IMO that picture was not just enhanced, it was photoshopped to ADD the "wounds"! Not one of the screenshots I took from the video show that distinct of outline even when I automatically adjusted the color and contrast in PhotoShop.

I took several screenshots at different points in the video with different lighting, different pixelization, different angles. NOT ONE showed that much definition of any shading, markings or indication of a wound. NOT ONE showed that much red anywhere on the back of GZ's head indicating a wound or possible bleeding.

IMO that image has been FAKED. JMO, of course.

To start, you emphatically (in caps) stated he WAS out "stalking his prey." One does not stalk prey without intent. And then you contradicted yourself in the second half of the sentence you highlighted. Can't have it both ways. Either he's a predator stalking his prey with a premeditated intent to kill or he's not. BBM.

Here's what I think, FWIW...

I think he WAS out stalking his prey. His prey being those imagined A$$**le thugs that always got away. And I believe he does have a propensity for racial bias - so that makes him a racial predator, IMO. He called the police so that when the 'suspect' was arrested he would be hailed as a hero and savior in his world and little 'kingdom'. Once again, the 'suspect' was getting away and he wasn't about to let that happen so he went after him. I think he caught up to him and most likely grabbed him trying to 'detain' him and Trayvon fought back and he shot him being the coward he is.

So while I don't think he started off his day by deciding he was going to kill someone, I believe he is a racial predator and I think there was definitely premeditation and intent.

That's my opinion.

Clairfication on WS stance regarding the "victim friendly" issue.
I had a discussion with the owners about how we were to deal with this. This is what I was advised:
At this point in the investigation we don't KNOW exactly who ALL the victims are now. We KNOW that Trayvon is a victim, because he is dead. However, news breaks and new leaks come forth everyday and it is still unclear whether Zimmerman was a victim of any violence. Until more verifiable FACTS are available, WS has chosen to err on the side of treating both the confirmed (Trayvon) AND potential (Zimmerman) victim, both as victims.
Like I said, that may change after we have more verifiable information

Why would a witness lie at that time, though? It's not like they gave that statement after the family started raising Cain over it. It's not like they gave the statement after the station was threatened with DOJ oversight. It was taken by reporters the morning after the shooting.

It's not like two women who try to inject themselves into the media after three weeks. JMO
