I think she's talking about one lawyer's opinion. I thought that too and then she said it again. I don't think HLN is going to get the news before the SA makes her announcement.

Also, someone stated the police told Tracy Martin Zimmerman would not be arrested - was this during the presser as well? If so, were they talking initially or now?

According to MSNBC (Kerry Sanders), FDLE knows where GZ is and they are not worried...I am so happy that the wheels of justice for Trayvon and his family are in motion....anyone with a brain would know this was going to happen due to his calls to 911...now I want to know if it's elevated to a hate crime due to that alleged racial slur....I think it will be..

It kind of sounds like the prosecutors are confident that they will have him in custody shortly (if not already) since they barricaded the new inmate area.

Although there is a part of me that wonders if the reason GZ stopped answering his lawyers' calls wasn't that he wanted to go underground and figured that charges would be coming up shortly and that LE could trace him by the pings if they've got a warrant for that.
