Zimmerman keeps doing this weird "eye rolling" thing? I don't think he is doing it as an act of annoyance, but weird just the same?

As much as I dislike the man, I don't think he can help doing that. It's like a twitch or something involuntary IMO

It's Florida. It's no big deal there. I've seen nice, good folks wear red as well as neon pink to funerals I've attended in Fla. No one bats an eye.

No, it was his first appearance. Bond, and anything else to be heard May 29th at 1:30.

That's the arraignment but I thought a bond hearing was separate from that.

I think he is safer in jail, but I would like for them to do a psychological evaluation on him too. I think that he does have some issues psychologically. Nothing that would excuse him from facing charges, of course.

Not if both sides agree to it from what I just heard (he doesn't have to make a ruling if both sides agree).

In my post it was the prosecutor who was saying otherwise. Certainly not me. If you have read my posts in this thread, you'll see that I have fully supported Trayvon's mother's take on everything in this case. Including the part that this was about right and wrong and not race. But I see that while I was in the car she has clarified (or at least others have posted) that I was mistaken about that, and the accident part, too.

The "eye rolling" thing I see from Zimmerman, IMO, shows a paranoid man and it's interesting to me because I feel he has been a paranoid man for a very long time. Overly paranoid.
