THIS is what I want to know about.

The person who took the photograph of a bloodied Zimmerman, asking not to be identified, told ABC News exclusively that they did not see the scuffle that night, but did hear it. The person recalled seeing Martin's prostrate body on the wet grass and said the gunpowder burns on Martin's gray hoodie were clearly visible.

His website,him calling the prosecutor and his attorneys not being able to get in touch with him. Those are not the actions of someone staying under the radar.

Actually it does.
He was not seen or heard from for weeks.

Calling a prosecutor does not mean he was out in the open. It was a phone call.
His attorney's not being able to get in touch with him, again, laying low.

He was under the radar for weeks.
We never saw him until his first court date, after he turned himself in.

His actions in those weeks show me that he was afraid for his well being and did not want his location known.
That's all they are asking for. For his location to be kept secret.

The court can do that.

It's a request that may or may not be granted by the court. But they are within their rights to ask for it.

So, I would think I would defend my son too if I knew he wasn't a racist and had worked with AA children.

I think the charge is profiling.

I wouldn't think so. My mother was a from Cuba and her accent fluctuated. It just depended on what she was saying in terms of sounds of vowels in words.
